For the Love of Reading Week is a week-long awareness and fundraising campaign in the winter that harnesses the power of social media to educate people about the power of literacy and how JLD is addressing literacy challenges in our community.

Each day of the week, members will raise awareness about the literacy challenges faced by both adults and children in our community, with the goal to —

1. RAISE AWARENESS of Early Childhood Literacy challenges in the Greater Dayton area.
2. SHARE OUR PERSONAL CONNECTIONS to JLD’s community impact efforts.
3. RAISE FUNDS for JLD Programming that work on the ground with partner organizations to promote literacy efforts in our community.
