Tywauna Wilson is the founder of Trendy Elite, a leadership and personal growth consultancy based in Cincinnati, and also serves as the System Technical Director of Chemistry at a regional laboratory. She is a contributing author to several books about courage and resilience.

Literacy has been a community impact focus for the JLD since 2014. Since then, its members have restocked local school libraries and supported library branches with summer literacy programming to counteract summer slide.
