Member Spotlight: Celebrating Emilee Ambrose Being Named a WiBN Women To Watch Honoree (2026)

We’re celebrating Emilee Ambrose for being named a Women in Business Network (WiBN) Women To Watch honoree for 2026.

  • WiBN has a long history of recognizing women who are working to improve their communities, leading and developing others in their professional networks and advocating for all women. A Woman to Watch inspires and encourages those around her to actively challenge the status quo. She is a force of change in both her professional and personal life and she makes a lasting impression on others. She is passionate about her work, philanthropy and relationships. Her efforts are not always splashy and bold. Instead, she impacts the world around her through ripples that turn into waves.

About Emilee’s work
Emilee serves as the Logistics Chief managing the $8.2B C-130J Foreign Military Sales production portfolio at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, fostering international security partnerships and safeguarding national security.

With a heart for community service and a passionate patron of the arts, Emilee serves on the Dayton Art Institute’s Associate Board with her husband and on the newly launched Springboro Arts Council. She’s a proud graduate of Leadership Dayton (2023) and was recently recognized as a Dayton Business Journal “Forty Under 40” winner (2025).

In the Junior League of Dayton
Emilee is the current President and CEO of the Junior League of Dayton (2025-26), guiding the organization in its mission to develop women to do a world of good and forge exceptional community leaders. Emilees history of leadership in JLD has included several years in chairing Read Between the Wines, one of JLD’s signature events and fundraisers, as well as leadership in the community impact, serving as Community Council VP.
